As a non-profit organization, Via Cognitive Health in part is funded by grants and donations from individuals, professionals, businesses and corporations as well as various fund-raising events.
It is through the grants and donations that Via Cognitive Health is able to provide a lower cost for services in as homelike a surrounding as possible.
Donations help provide scholarships for clients who otherwise would not be able to attend the Center. Gifts also fund projects to refurbish the Center and provide our clients with the most homelike surroundings possible.
In addition to our fundraising events, we mail two letters each year, one at Thanksgiving and one at Mother’s Day/Father’s Day to remind our friends of giving opportunities.
Our major fundraising event is the annual Music for Memories Concert which has become one of the area's most-anticipated musical events of the year. A sellout crowd packs the County Club Dance Hall and Saloon for a major country act. The event also includes a raffle.
